This Dum traditional loose base in green is a replacement base in the classic Egyptian bottle shape. The long neck flows into a wide, round bottom of lightly tinted glass. Frosted bands, copper-coloured rings and green lines decorate the glass, and on the lower band there is a green apple logo with Arabic lettering. A nice choice if your base has broken or if you want to give your hookah a fresh colour.

Good to know before you order

The base is supplied loose, without a base grommet. If your old grommet is still supple and intact, simply reuse it. Otherwise you will find a new one among our hookah grommets. Dum gives no dimensions for this base and names no specific hookah. So keep your current base at hand: check whether the neck is just as wide and the height roughly the same.

Filling and keeping it clean

Fill the base with cold water until the downstem sits a few centimetres under water. After smoking, pour the water away and rinse the glass with warm water. A bottle brush comes in handy in the narrow neck. Want to give the water some colour? Then have a look at our colouring liquid for the base.
