Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will receive the full order amount excluding shipping costs, provided the product is returned in good condition.

To exercise this right, please contact us first at info@shishasmaak.nl. Returns that have not been registered in advance may be refused.

Return costs

The cost of returning your order is entirely at your own expense.

If we provide a return label, the following costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded:

  • The Netherlands: €8.75
  • Belgium: €13.00
  • Other EU countries: €16.75

If a return is sent without valid registration or contrary to our return conditions, we reserve the right to also charge the original shipping costs (€8.75).

Condition of the product & reduction in value

Returned products must be sent back unused, complete and – where reasonably possible – in their original packaging.

If the product is damaged, used, incomplete or has otherwise diminished in value, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value to the amount to be refunded.

This reduction in value is applied only when the product is no longer in its original condition or when the return conditions have not been followed correctly.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products whose seal has been broken
  • Hygiene products
  • Products without their original packaging
  • Products that have been used
  • Products that are made to measure or are personal in nature
  • Products that by their nature cannot be returned
  • Products that can deteriorate or expire quickly

Damaged or incomplete orders

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

If an order is delivered damaged or incomplete, you must report this by email within 24 hours of delivery.

In the event of damage, we ask you for clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping box

Without a timely report or sufficient evidence, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

Important conditions

  • Returns must always be registered in advance
  • Returns sent without prior contact may be refused
  • If there are multiple or conflicting return requests, the first request is considered leading
  • Misuse of the right of return or improper use of products may lead to a return being refused

If we establish structural misuse, we reserve the right to refuse further orders.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and checked, a credit note is drawn up. The amount is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method with which the order was placed.
